Terms of Service - Sonnical Work Planner

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sonnical Work Planner ("Sonnical", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sonnical mobile application and web platform, operated by LogicLine Labs.

By downloading, installing, or using Sonnical, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sonnical is a workforce management platform that provides:

• Shift scheduling and assignment
• Staff availability management
• Time tracking (clock-in/clock-out)
• Shift exchange requests between team members
• Analytics and reporting
• Push notifications for schedule updates

The App is designed for businesses of any industry including healthcare, retail, hospitality, and other sectors requiring shift management.

3. Eligibility

To use Sonnical, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access Sonnical's features, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Password
• Organization/institution information (for administrators)

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.3 Account Types

• Administrator (Admin): Full access to all features, user management, and settings
• Sub-Administrator (SubAdmin): Limited administrative capabilities as assigned by Admin
• User: Standard access to view schedules, manage availability, and request shift changes

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You agree to:

• Use Sonnical only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information about your organization and employees
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Comply with all applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction

5.2 You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
• Use the App to violate any employment or labor laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Upload malicious code or content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Subscription and Pricing

6.1 Free Tier

Sonnical offers a free tier with:

• Up to 200 users
• Up to 3 locations/institutions
• Core scheduling features

6.2 Paid Plans

• Pro Plan: Additional features including unlimited locations, advanced analytics, and white-label branding
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with API access, SSO, and dedicated support

6.3 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access to paid features will continue until the end of your billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods

7. Data and Content

7.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Sonnical, including:

• Employee information
• Schedule data
• Availability records
• Messages and communications

7.2 License to Us

By using Sonnical, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Create anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvement purposes
• Display your data back to you and authorized users in your organization

7.3 Data Portability

You may export your data at any time through the App's export features.

7.4 Data Deletion

Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Firebase data retention policies.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

Sonnical and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LogicLine Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Trademarks

"Sonnical", "Sonnical Work Planner", and the Sonnical logo are trademarks of LogicLine Labs.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Sonnical may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 Firebase

Sonnical uses Google Firebase for:

• User authentication
• Data storage (Cloud Firestore)
• File storage (Cloud Storage)
• Push notifications (Cloud Messaging)
• Crash reporting (Crashlytics)

10. Disclaimers

10.1 "As Is" Service

SONNICAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10.3 Scheduling Decisions

Sonnical provides tools to assist with scheduling decisions. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, verifying schedule accuracy, managing employee relations, and final approval of all schedules.

11. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogicLine Labs from any claims arising from your use of Sonnical or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

Delete your account through the App settings or contact logiclinelabs@gmail.com

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or extended inactivity.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with notification.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement, Severability, Waiver, Assignment, Force Majeure clauses apply.
